Innovacion with Paul Hackett of Ester Consultancy (and former Special Adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister) will develop a wide regeneration narrative and top level business case called “Catalyst for Change” for the proposed extension to Dagenham Dock. This work looked at the current baseline in Barking and Dagenham and the contribution of the scheme to delivery of London’s housing policy and targets and the Thames Gateway Delivery Plan.
