How Monmouthshire used Open Strategy to hear every voice in their Local Strategic Partnership

The Monmouthshire Local Strategic Partnership was struggling to gain buy-in from local people and to start implementation.  Conventional approaches to agreeing one clear purpose did not work well for the complex nature of communities and the many agencies involved in the partnership.  In response OpenStrategy was adopted to structure information using a common language and capture the results using web-based software.  As a result each voice is now heard more equally, implementation gaps are identified and addressed, and there is greater commitment to realistic and joined up actions across the new Local Service Board.
